Touring the world since 1980 has afforded me the privilege of seeing, hearing, understanding and participating in numerous varied projects involving virtually all aspects of the entertainment industry. As well as immersing myself in multiple genres and international cultures. Participating in multi level projects constituting numerous ranges of performance, preparation, execution, logistics and problem solving.

Working and communicating closely with artists, professionals, producers, directors, product representatives, travel and hotel staff, caterers, technicians etc. in every possible environment and condition imaginable has helped me develop multi tasking and people skills, direction and motivation. Provided me with a strong work ethic based upon honor, discipline, respect and courtesy as well as reinforcing an adaptive nature and confidence. Able to anticipate problems while making the improbable possible under schedules and fatigue.

I bring a professional attitude, creativity and imagination balanced with logic and sensibility from over 25 years in the music industry as both a musician and technical person to every job and project. Equipment is maintained at the highest standard while helping to keep a low stress environment. With emphasis on efficiency, productivity and preventive measures. Able to assure that the performance, confidence and creativity of the musicians and fellow crew members are of the highest standards. I am able to exercise independent judgment, quick problem solving, excellent verbal/written communication skills and to supervise and motivate touring and local crews. Knowledgeable of most percussion instruments and maintain relationships w/ major manufacturers/endorsers. Though capable I have no desire to return being a professional musician or joining a band.

Drug free for 20+ years, spotless back ground, bondable, TSA certified, budget conscious and available world wide.
